Neat Petite Classic Bookshelf Speakers

Neat Petite Classic bookshelf speakers are a new model inspired by the original Neat Petite. Petite was the first model the company ever produced and why North Eastern Audio Traders became N E A T Acoustics. The highly regarded Neat Petite stayed in production until 2016, before the company expanded and changed its focus. In 2021, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the company, a high-end, limited edition version of the Petite was rolled out to enthusiastic demand. Expanding on that success, the smaller Classic is now available.

DESIGN

As always, the component parts have been chosen with extreme care so as to deliver that unique NEAT sound. The tweeter is an Air Motion Transformer (AMT) device which is precise and dynamic, and the bass/midrange is handled by a Mineral filled PP-cone unit with excellent transient response and extremely low distortion. 

Crossover components comprise low-loss air core inductors and high voltage polypropylene capacitors and resistors. 

Despite its compact dimensions, the Petite Classic delivers astonishingly lifelike images, an exceptional midrange and stunning dynamics whilst maintaining the musical coherence and essence of the original Petite model.
