Shipping policy

*Commercial customer (B2B) shipping rates are outlined in the dealer pricelist and are separate from the retail terms listed below.

B2C Customers:

A $10 flat shipping fee is applied to items under $199.99 in Canada and applies to all 10 provinces. Contact us for details regarding shipments to the United States. Orders sent via courier will include tracking information, an adult signature request, and insurance.

Remote Islands and Territories are excluded from this program and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for details prior to purchase.

Our Commitment

AUDIONATION makes every effort to ship in-stock items within 24 hrs of receiving your order but may require up to 48 hrs for special packaging, during sale events, holidays, or periods of increased activity. Special Orders follow the timeline outlined by the manufacturer. Operating hours are 9 am-5 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday-Friday. Orders received outside this window or during holidays are shipped on the next open business day.

What to Expect

AUDIONATION uses only those shipping services whereby products are tracked, and deliveries are confirmed. Courier companies make every attempt to deliver products to customers directly during daytime hours. When a customer is not home, courier companies will; deliver the product to the doorstep, provide a tag for a second attempt, or provide a tag for pick-up from a local depot. Due to differing courier policies and the various provincial and state services offered, these options are beyond our control.

Special Orders

Custom, Special Order, or Made to Order items generally require 3-4 weeks for delivery but can require up to 6 weeks depending on your location. Contact us before purchasing for specific details.

Disruptions

Please Note: We rely on mail services, freight companies (land, ocean, air), and couriers to deliver our products. Occasionally, outside forces beyond our control can affect the companies we rely upon to deliver your goods. These can include inclement weather and other acts of God, mechanical delays, electrical or internet disruptions, acts of terrorism, and labour disputes, including strikes, slowdowns, and other acts of disobedience. Tweeters will provide updates as reported to us by the carrier for products affected by the disruption but will not be held responsible. 

Theft

AUDIONATION uses only those shipping services whereby products are tracked, and deliveries are confirmed. If a delivery has been confirmed and the product is missing or stolen, AUDIONATION will not be held responsible. Losses of this nature need to be claimed through the end customer's home or business insurance.
