Return Policy
We have a 14-day return period, which means retail consumers have fourteen days after receiving your item to request a return. Any freight costs, brokerage fees, applicable duties, taxes and other charges associated with the return shipment are the purchaser's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. Please note freight costs on the original delivery to you are subsidized from the purchase and do not reflect the actual cost of shipping. Return rates will be higher.
Your item must return in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, complete with all accessories, manuals, marketing material, and original packaging, to be eligible for a return. Opened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additional conditions may apply (see below).
To start a return, contact us at support@audionation.ca for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). If your return request is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, including instructions on how and where to drop off your package. Items sent back to us without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned at your cost.

Damages or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong so we can evaluate the issue and help make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned for a refund and are considered final sale; these include sale items, custom products (pre-orders, special orders or personalized items), headphones and earphones (for hygienic reasons), open-box, demo or graded products. Financed products are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, exchange your purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method, less the cost of freight, applicable restocking fees, and applicable duties or taxes. Please remember it can take 10-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
