Unitra GSH-630 Fryderyk is a complete turntable with everything you need out of the box. It was created without any compromises: Since we couldn't find a turntable motor that met our expectations, we designed a direct drive ourselves from scratch with fantastic performance to reduce wow and flutter, i.e. to increase its stability.
Dissatisfied with the arms available on the market, we also redesigned the new R10 arm - from now on Unitra's flagship phono arm, distinguished by its fantastic design and physical parameters. Fully manual use gives you the full satisfaction of interacting with a vinyl record.
Design
The unit has a timeless design with an aluminum front panel and real wood veneer finish.
Unitra NB1 direct drive
The drive system offers excellent speed control to minimize wow and flutter and ensure quiet and maintenance-free operation.
Tonearm
Two pairs of bearings on tapered pivots. Unitra Adam tonearm (with improved performance)
Anti-Skate
Classic mechanism with a fixed weight.
Plinth
Solid, made from milled and veneered MDF, with a massive vibration-damping base.
Dust Cover
Thick dust cover with heavy-duty hinges to dampen surface noise
Hinges
Massive heavy-duty metal hinges make locking the lid in any position convenient and hassle-free, and the adjustable opening force makes it easy to adjust to individual preferences.
RCA analog connectors
Gold-plated analog RCA connectors for convenient connection to a phono preamplifier or integrated amplifier with phono cartridge support.
