Warranty
The brands we represent are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. However, if something does go wrong with the product, the cost of replacement parts and labour are covered for your purchase (exclusions may apply, outlined below). This warranty supersedes all others offered, by any third party, implied or in writing.
Your Warranty
- Is valid for products purchased by Canadian residents from an authorized Canadian retailer or US residents from an authorized US retailer. (Audionation is the sole authorized US retailer for Ruark Audio at this time). Products sold by unauthorized dealers in Canada or the US, (and dealers from other countries or marketplace offers) are void of warranty.
- Is valid from the date of purchase for five years for Neat Acoustics, Opera, Acoustic Energy, and Rogers passive loudspeakers, two years for Acoustic Energy powered loudspeakers, Exposure, Unison Research, Soulnote electronics, and all Ruark Audio branded products.
- Is limited to the repair of the equipment (which could be a repair or replacement at our discretion, neither of which affects, alters, or extends your original warranty).
- Is only valid for the original owner. It is not transferable.
- Will not be applicable in cases other than defects in materials and/or workmanship at the time of purchase and will not be applicable:
- For deterioration of parts which have become worn or depleted with use.
- For any interoperability issues with third-party products; including routers or apps.
- For damages caused by incorrect installation, connection, adapters or unpacking.
- If products have been opened or if repairs or modifications have been made by an unauthorized person.
- For return transportation to the service depot or associated costs.
Recertified Product
- Has been tested to ensure they meet strict quality standards for both sonic performance and mechanical integrity.
- Is refurbished with replacement parts for any defective components identified in testing.
- Is put through a thorough cleaning process and inspection.
- Is supplied with a one-year warranty.
- Where applicable firmware is updated to the latest version.
- May not be shipped in factory packaging.
- May have minor cosmetic blemishes.
